[Materials (for 2 people)]

Tofu...300g

Sweet potato...210g

Carrot...100g

Long onion...40g

Brown rice (retort)...1 pack

A Grated ginger...1g

ASalt and pepper...a little

A Sesame oil...3g

Chicken soup...500ml

[How to make]

1. Cut the sweet potato into cubes, cut the carrot into strips, and cut the green onion diagonally.

2. Place chicken stock and vegetables in a pot and heat. Once the vegetables are soft, stir in the brown rice.
