[How to make]
1 . Sprinkle the chicken breasts with cooking wine and salt, wrap them in plastic wrap, and heat them in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Once they have cooled down, break them up.
2. Boil the bok choy and chop it finely.
3. In a bowl, mix natto, 1 shredded shiso leaf, and seasonings 1 and 2 from A.
4. Place the shiso leaves in a bowl, place step 3 on top and place the egg yolk in the center.
5. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top (not listed) and it's done!
