Deep-fried green onion miso

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Fried tofu...1 piece

Melting cheese...20g

<Green onion miso>

Miso...1 tablespoon

Sugar...2 teaspoons

Mirin...2 teaspoons

Small onions...3 pieces

[How to make]

1. Make slits about half the thickness of the fried tofu at 1cm intervals.

2. Finely chop the onions. Put the miso, sugar, and mirin in a bowl, add the small onions, and mix.

3. Place the fried tofu on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, spread green onion miso on the incisions, and fill with melted cheese.

4. Bake it in the toaster for about 10 minutes and it's done!

*Please add more cheese to your preference.
