[How to make]
1. Remove the strings from the chicken fillet, open it into two pieces, and then cut it into three equal pieces.
2. Cut the smoked cheese in half lengthwise and place it between the wedges.
3. Sprinkle with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order.
4. Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
*Please be careful not to over-fry as the meat will become tough and the cheese will melt.
