Mirin...1 tablespoon

[How to make]
1. Cut the lotus root into pieces and expose them to vinegar water. Mix miso, mirin, and mayonnaise.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the drained lotus root.
3. Add the mixed miso, mirin, and mayonnaise, stir-fry, and finish with green seaweed and it's done!
