[How to make]
1. Cut the sweet potato into chunks, place on a heat-resistant plate, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 500W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Cut the autumn eggplants and green pepper into chunks, and divide the shimeji mushrooms into small florets.
3. Place the thinly sliced pork belly on top of the heated sweet potato, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave at 500W for 5 minutes.
