soy milk kiwi salt ice cream

<Materials for 2 people>

Unadjusted soy milk (1 bottle 200ml)...1 bottle (200g)

Kiwi...1 piece (120g)

Honey...just under 1 tablespoon (20g)

Salt...a little (0.4g)

Mint...appropriate amount

<How to make>

1. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

2. Put all the ingredients into a zippered plastic bag and mix thoroughly while crushing the kiwi.

3. Flatten it and put it in the freezer, let it cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then knead the whole thing again to mix it.

4. Once it hardens, loosen it in the bag, place it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and it's done.
