Long pork roll with black vinegar sauce

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Nagaimo 1/2 (150g)

Pork belly...130g

Green beans ... 8 pieces

Wheat flour 1 teaspoon

Salad oil・・・Appropriate amount

(mixed seasoning)

Black vinegar ... 2 teaspoons

Sake: 1 tbsp

Sugar ... 1/2 tablespoon

Mirin ... 1 tbsp

Soy sauce ... 1 tbsp

<How to make>

1. Cut the nagaimo into strips.

2. Coat nagaimo with flour and fry in a frying pan with an appropriate amount of oil.

3. Boil the green beans in salt. Remove stem and cut.

4. Roll 2 and 3 with pork belly. When you are done rolling, dust lightly with flour.

5. Bake 4 in a well-heated frying pan. When it is browned, sprinkle the combined seasonings.

6. When the taste is familiar to the whole, stop the fire and complete.
