<Ingredients (for 2 people)>
Chicken breast...250g
Zucchini...85g
Potato starch...8g
Cabbage...5-6 pieces (200g)
Carrot...1/4 (37.5g)
Salad oil...2 tablespoons

★Mizkan Oigatsu Otsuyu doubled...1/3 cup
★Mizkan grain vinegar...2 and 1/3 tablespoons
★Sugar...4 teaspoons
★Grated garlic...a little bit
★Grated ginger...a little bit
<How to make>
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with potato starch. Cut the zucchini into 1cm wide rounds.
2. Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the carrots and place them in a bowl.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken, skin side down. Once it is golden brown, flip it over,
Add the zucchini to one side and cook until nicely browned on both sides.
4. Mix the seasonings ★, add them to step 3, and bring to a boil.
5. Arrange the chicken and zucchini in the bowl from step 2, pour the broth over everything, and it's done!
