Yogurt jelly with blueberry sauce

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Milk・・・100ml

Sugar-free yogurt 100g

Gelatin・・・2.5g

Granulated sugar 25g

Water... 1 tablespoon

(sauce)

blueberry jam 25g

Lemon juice (lemon juice) 1 teaspoon

Frozen mixed berries 10g

<How to make>

1. Mix milk and granulated sugar and warm in the microwave. Soak the gelatin in water and melt it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Combine and mix well.

2. Add unsweetened yogurt to 1 and mix well with a whisk.

3. Pour into a container and chill in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

4. Add lemon juice to the blueberry jam to make the sauce.

5. When the jelly hardens, apply the sauce from 4 and top with frozen mixed berries to complete.
