Tomato soup pasta with salmon and spinach

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Short pasta・・・160g

Boiled canned salmon・・・150g

Spinach・・・1/4 bunch (40g)

Onion・・・1/2 (100g)

Mixed beans 50g

Canned whole tomato...200g

Water・・・600ml

Consomme cube ... 1 piece

Coarsely ground black pepper ... a little

Garlic・・・1 clove

Butter・・・10g

Olive oil 2 tbsp

<How to make>

1. Add olive oil and stir-fry garlic over low heat until fragrant. Fry butter and sliced ​​onions.

2. When the onions become tender, add the canned salmon and canned tomatoes together with the juice.

3. Add water and bring to a boil. Season with consommé and black pepper.

4. Add mixed beans and chopped spinach.

5. When the spinach is lightly cooked, add short pasta to complete.
