Chicken and carrot ginger hot salad

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Carrots (peeled with a peeler)...70g

Chicken fillet...30g

A Ginger (grated)...5g

A sake...1 teaspoon (5g)

A salt...0.2g

B roasted almonds (coarsely chopped)...2g

B Olive oil...1/2 teaspoon (2g)

A little dried parsley (if you have it)

<How to make>

1. Shave the carrots into thin ribbons with a peeler. Remove the sinew from the chicken fillet and cut into strips.

2. Put the chicken fillet and A into a heat-resistant bowl, mix lightly, top with carrots, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600w) for 3 minutes.

3. Make sure the chicken fillet is cooked through, then add B and mix it all together. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley and it's done.

*Heating time is a guideline for one person.
