<Ingredients (for 1 person)>
Dried dates (5-6 halved dates per person)...5g
Roasted almonds (about 3 per person)...3g
Roasted walnuts (1 to 2 pieces per person, cut in half lengthwise)...just over 1 teaspoon (6 g)
Bitter chocolate...10g
A little pink pepper (if you have it)
<How to make>
1. Put half of the chocolate in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave (600w) for 20 to 30 seconds without covering it with plastic wrap to melt it.
2. Spread a small amount of the chocolate from step 1 on the dried jujube nails, top with walnuts (or almonds), and place on a spread aluminum foil.
3. Place the remaining chocolate in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave (600w) for 20 to 30 seconds to melt it, without covering it with plastic wrap.
4. Pour the chocolate from step 3 into step 2. Sprinkle some pink pepper before the chocolate dries and let it sit for about 2-3 hours.
*Heating time for chocolate is a guideline for 2 to 3 people. While heating, keep an eye on it and check on it from time to time.
