Chinese-style oil steamed pork and vegetables

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Pork minced meat...80g
Bok choy...100g
Shiitake mushrooms...20g
Garlic...3g
Sesame oil...6g
Salt...1g
Red chili pepper...0.5g

<How to make>

1. Cut the bok choy into easy-to-eat pieces, separate the leaves and stems, cut the shiitake mushrooms into 1cm thick pieces, and thinly slice the garlic.
2. Arrange the bok choy stems in a frying pan and spread the pork on top.
3. Place the shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and chili pepper on top of 2, and sprinkle with salt.
4. Place bok choy leaves on top of 3 and sprinkle with sesame oil.
5. Cover with a lid and heat over medium heat for about 7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
