<Ingredients (for 1 person)>
Soymilk (unadjusted ingredients): 150ml
A Black vinegar (or vinegar)・・・1/2 tbsp (7.5g)
A Sesame oil ... 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
A Soy sauce・・・1/3 tsp (2g)
Deep-fried tofu (cut into strips)・・・5g
Small green onion (cut into small pieces)・・・2g
Seasoned zha cai (coarsely chopped)・・・7g
Chili oil (optional): 0.5g

<How to make>
1. Toast the aburaage in a toaster or frying pan until golden brown.
2. Put A in a container and mix lightly. Put the soy milk in a small pot, heat it until just before it boils, and pour it into a container containing the seasonings.
3. When the soy milk has hardened, add the fried tofu, green onions, zha cai, and chili oil (optional) to complete.

《Chicken and Carrot Ginger Hot Salad》

<Ingredients (for one person)>
Carrot (peeled with a peeler)・・・70g
Chicken Fillet・・・30g
A ginger (grated) ... 5g
Sake A: 1 tsp (5g)
A salt...0.2g
B roasted almonds (coarsely chopped)・・・2g
B olive oil ... 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
Dried parsley (if you have it) ... a little

<How to make>
1. Scrape the carrot thinly into ribbons with a peeler. Remove the tendons from the scissors and cut them into strips.
2. Put the chicken fillet and A in a heat-resistant bowl, mix lightly, put the carrots on top, cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave (600w) for 3 minutes.
3. After confirming that the chicken fillet is cooked, add B and mix the whole. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley to complete.

《Yogurt steam cake》

<Ingredients (for one person)>
Hot cake mix 25g
A salad oil ... 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
A sugar ... 1 and 2/3 teaspoons (5g)
Egg A: 8g
A plain yogurt ... 1 and 2/3 tablespoons (25g)
Greek yogurt 15g
Strawberry...10g

<How to make>
1. Put A in a bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves, then add the pancake mix and mix well to make the dough.
2. Line a cocotte mold with glassine paper or an oven sheet, and pour in the batter from step 1 until the 7th to 8th minute.
3. Arrange 2 in a pot or a deep frying pan and pour hot water about 2/3 of the height of the mold. (If the bowl does not fit at once, divide it into several batches.)
4. After boiling, cover with a cloth and steam for 12-13 minutes. If nothing sticks to the skewer, take it out of the mold and let it cool.
*Boiled is more moist, but you can easily make it by heating it in the microwave.
