Refreshing tuna natto bowl

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>
Tuna (lean)...100g
Natto...2 packs (80g)
A Soy sauce...2/3 tablespoon (12g)
A Vinegar...1/2 tablespoon (8g)
Green perilla...2 pieces (1g)
Sesame...1/3 teaspoon (1g)
Barley rice (20% rolled barley)...2 cups (300g)

<How to make>
1. Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green perilla and soak in water.
2. Mix the natto thoroughly, then add the vinegar and soy sauce from A and mix until it becomes fluffy.
Add tuna and mix briefly.
3. Arrange barley rice in a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and top with step 2.
Finish by garnishing with drained green perilla.
