★Take a breather during the cold season
[Ingredients] (1 cup)
・Apple...1/2 piece
・Morinaga Milk Lifestyle...10g
・Hot water...50ml
・Morinaga Amazake...50g
・Maple syrup... to your liking
・Cinnamon...your choice
[How to make]
① Dissolve Morinaga Milk Lifestyle in hot water and stir with a spoon.
②Put the grated apple and Morinaga amazake in a bowl, add ➁ and heat in the microwave (500W) for about 3 minutes.
③ Top with maple syrup or cinnamon as you like and it's done♪
*Heating time may vary slightly depending on the model of microwave oven.

Morinaga Amazake...2 cans
Morinaga Milk Lifestyle...20g
Water...100ml
Canned cut tomatoes...1/2 can (200g)
Bean sauce...1 teaspoon
Granular consomme...1 teaspoon
Ketchup...1 tablespoon
Grated garlic...2 teaspoons
Wiener...3 pieces
Chicken thigh...100g
Cabbage...1/6 ball (100g)
Potato...1/2 piece (50g)
Broccoli...1/2 share (75g)
Carrot...1/4 (35g)
Onion...1/4 piece (50g)
Shimeji...50g
Cheese for pizza... desired amount
[How to make]
① Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts. Peel the carrots and onions.
➁ Cut potatoes, chicken, and cabbage into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice carrots, cut onions into wedges, and divide shimeji mushrooms and broccoli into small florets. Make a notch in the sausage.
③Put Morinaga Amazake, canned cut tomatoes, granulated consommé, ketchup, grated garlic, and bean sauce in a pot and heat over medium heat.
④ Add the potatoes first, and after about 5 minutes, add the ingredients ➁.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft. (Add the broccoli after the other vegetables are cooked.)
⑤ Add Morinaga Milk Lifestyle dissolved in water and mix everything together. Sprinkle with cheese, cover, and simmer until melted.
★Adds the flavor and sweetness of amazake!
[Ingredients] (For 2-3 people)
・Chicken...200g
・Onions: 3 medium (600g)
・Potatoes: 3 medium (450g)
・Carrot...1 medium (200g)
*Spinach and mushrooms as desired
・Morinaga Milk Lifestyle...100g *Instead of milk
・Water...500ml
・Morinaga Amazake...570g (3 cans)
・Water...900ml
・Stew roux...half of 1 box + 2 pieces (3/4 box of roux)
・Salad oil...2 tablespoons
[How to make]
★Preparation: Cut the ingredients.
① Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the ingredients.
② Add 900ml of water and simmer until the ingredients are soft, removing any excess liquid.
③ Turn off the heat, add the roux and let it melt. (Simmer for about 5 minutes)
④ Add Morinaga Milk Seikatsu and Morinaga Amazake dissolved in water and simmer for another 5 minutes.

・Onion...1/2 piece
・Morinaga Milk Milk Lifestyle...30g
・Water...150ml
・Morinaga Amazake...190g
・Butter...20g
・Consommé...appropriate amount
・Salt and pepper: appropriate amount
・Walnut: your choice
・Fresh cream: your choice
[How to make]
① Finely chop the onions.
②Cut the pumpkin into pieces that are easy to mash and heat in the microwave until soft. *About 2 minutes at 500W (peel the pumpkin skin if you like)
③Mash the softened pumpkin with a spoon.
③ Fry the chopped onions in butter until softened.
④ Add crushed pumpkin, Morinaga Milk Lifestyle, and Morinaga Amazake to the fried onions.
⑤Adjust the taste with consommé, salt and pepper to your liking, then sprinkle with walnuts and fresh cream for garnish.

★Condensed milk...1/2 teaspoon

[How to make]
Mix ➀★.
➁Toast the bread, spread it with ➀, then top with butter and it's done.

★Morinaga Milk Cocoa...10g
★ Potato starch...10g
★Sugar...5g
・Morinaga Chocolate Shop...your choice
[How to make]
➀Put ★ in a small pot and mix well. Heat over medium heat until it starts to thicken, then reduce the heat to low.
➁When the whole thing becomes creamy, transfer it to a container and take off the heat.
③ Once it has cooled down, pour chocolate sauce over it and it's done.
*You can also chill it in the refrigerator!

- Morinaga Milk Cocoa: 2 heaped teaspoons
- Hot water: 2 teaspoons
★ Potato starch...1.5-2 teaspoons
★Water...4 teaspoons
・Kirimochi...1 to 2 pieces
・Commercially available red bean paste...your choice
[How to make]
➀Dissolve Morinaga Milk Seikatsu in hot water.
Put ➁● in a container and dissolve, then add ➀ little by little and mix well.
③Put ➁ into the coated pot, crush the cocoa grains well, and add the water-dissolved potato starch from ★ to thicken it while keeping an eye on it.
④Cut 1 Kirimochi into desired size and bake.
⑤Place ③ and ④ in a bowl, top with red bean paste and serve as desired.

[How to make]
➀Dissolve Morinaga Milk Seikatsu in hot water.
Add Morinaga Milk Cocoa and Morinaga Amazake to ➁➀ and mix.
③ Top with cinnamon powder if you like and it's done.
(If it's not warm enough, warm it up in the microwave to your desired temperature.)
