九州産熟成高菜と焼き卵、炒りごま、にんじん等がたっぷり入った、高菜炒飯です。
高温で短時間で炒めることで、ぶわっと立ち上がる豊かな香りと、パラッとふっくらした食感のお米にごま油でさらにきかせ、熟成高菜の豊かな風味が味わえます。
お釜でお米を直火で炊き上げておりますので、お米の中まで味がしみ込んでおります。
小麦、卵、ごま、大豆、鶏肉、豚肉
いったん解けたものを再び凍らせると、品質が変わることがあります。
