Dosage/Dosage
Adults (15 years old and over): 2 tablets at a time (number of doses per day: 3 times)
5 years old or older and under 15 years old: 1 tablet at a time (number of doses per day: 3 times)
Under 5 years: Do not take

Saccharification bacteria / 150mg: Increases lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, which are useful intestinal bacteria.
Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria) / 30mg: Produces lactic acid to improve the intestinal flora and helps the growth of butyric acid bacteria.
Butyric acid bacteria / 150mg: Increases in the intestine with lactic acid bacteria and produces butyric acid necessary for maintaining intestinal function as an energy source for the large intestine.
Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria) / 30mg: Produces lactic acid to improve the intestinal flora and helps the growth of butyric acid bacteria.
