Inject one tablet (40g) into the rectum at a time for those 12 years of age or older. If the effect is not seen, inject the same amount again.

<Precautions regarding usage and dosage>

(2) After using this drug, endure for a while until the urge to defecate becomes stronger. (If you try to defecate immediately after use, only the drug will be excreted and the effect may not be seen.)
(3) Do not let children under the age of 12 use it.
(4) Use only for enemas.
