Overeating, drinking too much, heartburn, weak stomach, anorexia (decreased appetite), indigestion, stomach/abdominal bloating, heaviness, chest congestion, nausea nausea), vomiting

Take 3 times a day after meals with water or hot water.
*After meals means up to 30 minutes after meals.
1 dose adult (15 years old or older) ... 20 grains
11 to 15 years old: 15 capsules
8 to 11 years old: 10 capsules
5 to 8 years old: 6 capsules
3 to 5 years old: 5 capsules
Under 3 years old: Do not take
