Description
Magnesium oxide and lactic acid bacteria for a natural bowel movement ●Biofermin (R) magnesium oxide laxative is a laxative that contains magnesium oxide, a non-irritating ingredient that does not cause stomach pain and is not addictive.

Efficacy/effect
Constipation Relieves the following symptoms associated with constipation: rough skin, pimples, dull headache, hot flashes, anorexia (decreased appetite), hemorrhoids, abnormal intestinal fermentation, abdominal distension

Please take the following amount with water or lukewarm water once a day before going to bed (or on an empty stomach).
