Description

A medicine that calms inflammation at and around the entrance to the nasal passages and is effective against painful dermatitis.
Contains four active ingredients: "lidocaine" that suppresses itching, "prednisolone valerate acetate" that suppresses inflammation that causes itching, "isopropyl methylphenol" that disinfects the affected area, and "vitamin E derivative" that promotes blood circulation. .
It can be used both at the entrance of the nose and around the nose.
*Please use only on areas with nasal hair (skin) and do not use on mucous membranes.

Precautions for use

＜してはいけないこと＞ （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなる） 1．次の部位には使用しないでください。 （1）水痘（水ぼうそう）、みずむし・たむし等または化膿している患部 （2）目や目の周囲、口唇などの粘膜の部分等 2．顔面には、広範囲に使用しないでください。 3．長期連用しないでください。 ＜相談すること＞ 1．次の人は使用前に医師、薬剤師または登録販売者にご相談ください。 （1）医師の治療を受けている人 （2）妊婦または妊娠していると思われる人 （3）薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人 （4）患部が広範囲の人 （5）湿潤やただれのひどい人 2．使用後、次の症状が現れた場合は副作用の可能性があるので、直ちに使用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師または登録販売者にご相談ください。 　関係部位・・・症状 　皮フ・・・発疹・発赤、かゆみ 　皮フ（患部）・・・みずむし・たむし等の白癬、にきび、化膿症状、持続的な刺激感 3．5～6日間使用しても症状がよくならない場合は使用を中止し、この説明書を持って医師、薬剤師または登録販売者にご相談ください。

Dosage/Dosage

1日数回、適量を患部に塗布してください。 最初にご使用になるときは、キャップを逆さにしてチューブの口に強く押し込んで穴をあけてください。 鼻の穴入口にも、鼻のまわりにも使える ○鼻の入口に使用する場合 清潔にご使用いただくため、また鼻の中を傷つけないため綿球の下を持ってご使用ください。 鼻の入口に 綿棒で塗る ※パッケージ裏面＜鼻の穴入口に使用する場合の注意＞をよくお読みの上、ご使用ください。 ○鼻のまわりに使用する場合 患部にお薬をのせ、擦りこまずにやさしくのばしてください。 鼻のまわりに 指で塗る
1g中 プレドニゾロン吉草酸エステル酢酸エステル（合成副腎皮質ホルモン）・・・1.5mg リドカイン・・・10mg イソプロピルメチルフェノール・・・1mg トコフェロール酢酸エステル（ビタミンE誘導体）・・・5mg

・かゆみが強い時は冷たいタオルなどを患部にあてるとおさまることもありますので、お試し下さい。 ・薬を塗った後、患部をラップ等通気性の悪いもので覆わないで下さい。 ・美容目的、化粧下地、ひげそり後には使用しないで下さい。 ・長期連用を避け、同じ症状を繰り返す場合は、早めに受診することをお勧めします。 ・５～６日使用しても症状がよくならない場合、お使いになって何か気になる症状が出た場合は、使用を中止し、医師・歯科医師・薬剤師・登録販売者にご相談下さい。 ・使用前に、よく添付文書をお読みになってからご使用下さい。その際、ご不明な点がございましたら、薬剤師・登録販売者にご相談下さい。
