Description
A general cold remedy (TIBF prescription) containing 4 types of non-standard ingredients (tranexamic acid, ibuprofen, bromhexine hydrochloride, clemastine fumarate) that are highly effective for painful cold symptoms such as sore throat and fever.
1.Two anti-inflammatory ingredients, tranexamic acid and ibuprofen, suppress the inflammation that causes severe cold symptoms, and are highly effective for sore throats and fevers.
2. The long-acting antihistamine ingredient clemastine fumarate suppresses the allergic symptoms of colds (runny nose, stuffy nose).
3. The expectorant ingredient bromhexine hydrochloride is the cause of coughing

3.Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after taking this medicine. (Drowsiness, etc. may occur.)
4. Do not take this drug if you are breastfeeding, or avoid breastfeeding if you are taking this drug.
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
Do not take for more than 6.5 days.

Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.

Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms such as severe headache, fever, nausea and vomiting accompanied by neck tension appear. (Such symptoms are often reported, especially in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath/difficulty in breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. occur when climbing stairs or exerting a little force, and these may appear suddenly or persist.

Dosage/Dosage
Take the following dose three times a day, preferably within 30 minutes after meals.
