Please take the following amount after or between meals. However, if you have anorexia, take it before meals. You can chew it and take it.
Adults (15 years old and over): 1 dose (3 tablets), number of doses per day (3 times)
8 to 14 years old 1 time (2 tablets), number of doses per day (3 times)
5 to 7 years old 1 time (1 tablet) / daily dose (3 times)
