Precautions for use

■Please take the following amount with water or hot water after breakfast and dinner.

The following ingredients are included in 2 tablets per day for adults. Riboflavin sodium phosphate (vitamin B2 phosphate) 38mg pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 24mg thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1 nitrate) 20mg nicotinamide 40mg (103mg as vitamin C)
