Description
No Synpure contains ibuprofen, which quickly suppresses the production of substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and fever and exhibits excellent analgesic and antipyretic effects, as well as allyl isopropyl acetyl urea and anhydrous caffeine, which enhance its efficacy. It is an analgesic and antipyretic.
Precautions for use

Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, breathing difficulties, palpitations, clouding of consciousness, etc. may occur immediately after taking this medicine.
Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis: high fever, bloodshot eyes, eye mucus, sore lips, sore throat, extensive skin rash/redness, etc. that persist or suddenly Getting worse.
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.
Renal disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain (joint pain), diarrhea, etc. may occur.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache accompanied by neck tension, fever, nausea/vomiting, etc. may occur. (Such symptoms are often reported, especially in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma: wheezing, wheezing, and difficulty in breathing.
Aplastic anemia: bruises, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea and dizziness, hematuria, etc.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc. may occur.
