勝手に商品が届いて最悪です。

オンライン購入して遅延しているとのメールが入ってから3週間は経っており、偽サイトで購入してしまったかと思いサイトを見たら遅延していると書いてあったので、どのくらいで着くのかと、入金前払いでしたのでお支払い完了しているのかを知りたかったのでお問い合わせのメールを送ったのですが、中々返信が無くその1週間後くらいに商品が届きました。
どういうシステムになっているかわかりませんが、お問い合わせメールの連絡が無いと困ります。そして、入金した後の入金完了メールも無かったので、支払われているのか心配になりました。
お忙しいかとは思いますが、もう少し配慮して頂けたら良かったです。

商品自体は綺麗に配送して頂いて、特に問題ありませんでした。
