Description
打ち刃物の町与板の職人が作った鉋刃を使用しておりスムーズな切れ味です。
鰹節(本枯れ節)削り。
引き出しが無い分、重く切れ味のいい鉋刃を使用でき多量の鰹節を削ることができます。
鉋の刃の調整は木槌を使用します。
鉋の刃を出す場合は鉋刃の上部を叩き、鉋の刃を引っ込める場合は台の上部を叩きます。
鉋の刃の出具合の目安はコピー用紙1枚分です。
刃が出すぎていると粉になりやすいです。

Precautions for use
鰹節は頭側から削り、尻尾側をやや持ち上げて斜めに削ります。
鰹節には一面だけ皮が付いているので、その皮を常に見るような方向で削ります。
新しい鰹節を削る場合は、削り面が平らになるまでは粉になりやすいので、根気強く平面が出来るまで削りましょう。
木材は水洗い厳禁です。
用途以外に使用しないで下さい。
お子様の手の届かない場所に保管して下さい。
