刃渡りの長い刃物も研ぎやすい丸型のダイヤモンド砥石です。
家庭用包丁から超硬合金までの刃研ぎ。
砥石の方向を選ばず摩擦のムラが少ない丸型です。
セラミックなど、硬い刃物も強力に研げます。
一般砥石より摩耗に強く、砥石面の修正が不要です。
両面使える2役タイプです。

Precautions for use

破損の原因になりますので、衝撃を与えないで下さい。 表面が茶色に変色することがありますが、研磨された刃物の鉄分によるサビです、使用に問題はありません。
目づまりの原因になりますので、油は使用しないで下さい。 目づまりした時は、ブラシを使用し洗剤等で洗って下さい。 水洗い後は水分を拭き取り、充分に乾燥させてから保管して下さい。
