特殊鋼を使用しており、折れず曲がらずあらゆる木材に適用、特に集成材や米松などの硬い木材に最適です。
高硬度・高靭性・耐磨耗性を兼ね、耐久性にも大変優れており切れ味も永持ちします。
グラインダーでも研げ、鋼付ですので刃研ぎも楽です。
柄尻の割れを防止するため、かつらがはめてあります。
