Description
Acetaminophen, which relieves headaches and fevers, and d-chlorpheniramine maleate, which suppresses painful stuffy nose symptoms. A comprehensive cold remedy containing B1, B2, and vitamin C.
Precautions for use
1. The following people should not take this medicine.
(1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(People who have had asthma after taking this drug or other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics
2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, antitussive expectorants, oral medicines containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medicines for rhinitis, medicines for motion sickness, medicines for allergies, etc.)
3. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery as drowsiness may appear after taking this medicine.
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
5.Do not use for a long time.

2. If the following symptoms appear after taking this medicine, they may be side effects.

Name of symptoms-Symptom shock (anaphylaxis)-Skin itching, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, breathing difficulties, palpitations, clouding of consciousness, etc. appear immediately after taking this medicine.
Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome) Toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome) - acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis.
High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye mucus, sore lips, sore throat, extensive skin rash, redness, small blisters (small pustules) on reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. or worsen rapidly.
Liver dysfunction Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.
Renal disorder Fever, rash, general swelling, general malaise, arthralgia (joint pain), diarrhea, decreased urine, etc. may occur.

dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride 60mg
Guaifenesin 200mg
Anhydrous Caffeine 75mg
Thiamin nitrate 10mg

Ascorbic acid 500mg
