Dormycin ointment contains two kinds of antibiotics, so it shows antibacterial action against many bacteria. Colistin sulfate is effective against Gram-negative bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and bacitracin has an antibacterial spectrum similar to that of penicillin and is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is effective in preventing and treating purulent skin diseases of wounds and burns, and secondary infections.
