It has a smooth texture and does not become fuzzy or wrinkled, and does not lose its shape. It contains lotion and milky lotion well, and just by gently touching the skin, it is fully delivered to the skin and penetrates deep into the stratum corneum. 100% natural cotton. For makeup only.
