Description

This product is carefully harvested from wild bear bamboo that grows naturally in the harsh environment of the Daisetsuzan and Teshio mountain ranges in Hokkaido, and is produced using a special manufacturing method that uses steam sterilization and airflow crushing so as not to impair the flavor and ingredients of the material. We have made Kumasa Aojiru, which is easy to eat, with powdered Kuma Sasa powder.
