●肌に直接あてないようにする。
●下着など薄い衣類で使用する場合は注意する。
●熱いと感じたらすぐに取り出す。すぐに取り出せない状態で使用しない。
●こたつやストーブなどの暖房器具との併用や至近での使用はしない。
●カイロを押さえつけるなど、血行を妨げる使い方はしない。
●万一水ぶくれやなど、やけどの症状が現れた場合はすぐに医師に相談する。
