[How long does it last a day]
The manufacturer recommended replacement time is up to 8 hours. However, there are individual differences in the amount of menstrual blood, and how long it lasts varies.
As you use it, you will be able to understand your own amount and replacement time, so we recommend using it with a napkin until you understand it.
[How to exchange during the day]
First of all, we recommend that you practice exchanging in your own bathroom.
*Be sure to wash your hands with soap before exchanging.
(1) When you go out, bring a plastic bottle of water, take it out while sitting on the toilet seat, discard the menstrual blood, rinse the cup with the water of the plastic bottle, and insert it again.
(2) Or bring another one for replacement and insert it. *This is easier and recommended.
[Storage method, cleaning method]
Blood clots in hot water, so after washing well with water and removing menstrual blood, sterilize by boiling.
Boil the water without touching the pot, or use a special boiling cup (we recommend using the separately sold container, which can be stored as is).
Add water and heat in the microwave (500W for 5 minutes, 600W for 4 minutes) to boil. Or put plenty of water in a pot and bring it to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes.
