*In the following cases, after confirming with the customer, we may return the product without cleaning service: ●If there is no handling picture ●If neither dry cleaning nor washing is possible If it is determined that it is impossible
1) Leather and fur products
2) Kimono and Japanese clothes
3) Undergarments/Underwear
4) Hats, dresses, and other items that may lose their shape during transportation
5) Clothes that are not dry (because there is a risk of mold and odor during transportation)
6) Futon/blanket
