Precautions for use
・開封日を明記し、約1ヶ月を目安にお召し上がりください。
・原材料名をご参照の上、食品のアレルギーのある方はお召し上がりにならないでください。
・アレルギー体質等まれに体質に合わない方もいますので、お召し上がり後体調のすぐれない時は中止してください。
・薬を服用中あるいは通院中の方、妊娠及び授乳中の方は、医師にご相談の上お召し上がりください。
・食生活は、主食、主菜、副菜を基本に、食事のバランスを。

健康補助食品として、一日12粒を目安に2〜3回に分け、水などと共にお召し上がりください。
空腹時及び一度に大量のお召し上がりはお控えください。
最初は少量よりお召し上がりください。
開封後は一ヶ月を目安にお召し上がりください。
吸湿性が高い為、開封後はフタをしっかり締め、涼しい所で保管をし、出来るだけ早くお召し上がりください。
