●When boiling: Put 1-2 packets in about 500ml-1L of boiling water, simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat, and divide it into several times a day and drink within the same day. If you leave the tea bag in after boiling, take it out when it becomes thicker. You can drink it deliciously even if it is chilled.
