Description
Vitamin D is produced when the skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays, and is known as an essential vitamin for building a strong foundation, but in recent years it has also attracted attention as a component that protects against various health risks.
Generally, vitamin D can be broadly divided into vitamin D2 and vitamin D3, but DHC has made the more active vitamin D3 into a convenient supplement.
