* You cannot pick up at stores that are not displayed.
* We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at stores. Please confirm the order after carefully checking the contents.
When the ordered product arrives at the store, we will send you an email notifying you of the arrival of the product. Please receive the product directly at the shop.
*Please print out the email or come to the store in a state where you can view it on your smartphone. Please tell the employee that you have come to pick up the package for Internet sales. When picking up the product at the store, it is necessary to verify your identity and present your order number.
* Only the antigen test kit can be received by a proxy, but please bring one of the following items for the orderer.
- My number card (personal number card)
- Driver's license
- Driving record certificate (return of driver's license)
- Health insurance card
- Passport (Passport)
- Handicapped person's notebook
- National Pension Handbook
- Student card
