Precautions when applying
  • Please apply and use after agreeing to the terms of use described on the homepage.
  • The use of this card is valid only for the person himself/herself. It cannot be lent or transferred to another person.
  • Points will be invalidated if the card is lost or damaged.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, the amount charged to Rakuten Edy will not be compensated.
  • The Sundrug Edy Card is a card with an IC chip. Please use it carefully without bending it. For details, please check the terms and conditions of the Sundrug Edy Card.
  • About card failure such as barcode reading failure In case of barcode reading failure, please contact the nearest store. A card issuance/registration fee of 200 yen (including tax) will be charged. You may still be able to use the Rakuten Edy function of the old card even if the card is replaced due to a barcode reading error. In that case, please use up your Edy balance. Edy balance cannot be transferred to a new card.
  • About Rakuten Edy malfunction
    If the Rakuten Edy function cannot be used due to a defect in the IC chip, etc., Rakuten Edy Co., Ltd., the issuer of Rakuten Edy, will confirm the amount. will be refunded to the member. Refund processing may take some time.
  • About loss or theft In case of loss or theft, the amount charged to Rakuten Edy will not be compensated. We are not responsible for any misuse by a third party. Please note that the issuance and registration fees at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
  • Charge points and points awarded when used at other Edy affiliated stores Cumulative points will be added up after the 7th day of each month (7th, 17th, 27th). Charged from the 24th of the previous month to the 3rd of the current month and used by other member stores: Granted after the 7th of the current month. Charged from the 4th to the 13th of the current month and used by other member stores: Granted after the 17th of the current month. Charged from the 14th to the 23rd of the month and used by other member stores: Granted after the 27th of the month
  • Rakuten Edy issued by Sundrugs and Drugtops only gives points for Sundrugs and Drugtops. Rakuten points will not be awarded.
  • Charge points are only applicable to the amount charged at the Sundrug / Drug Tops cash register or at the charge machine installed in the store.
    *Sundrug/Drug Tops points can be confirmed on the receipt at the time of purchase at each Sundrug/Drug Tops store.
    If the point card is not used for one year from the last use date, the accumulated points will be invalidated without any notice.
