In order to promote the creation of stores where anyone can visit the Sundrug Group with peace of mind , we are conducting training so that we can assign “dementia supporters” to all stores.

To ensure that people with dementia and their families can visit our stores with peace of mind and use our stores comfortably, we will have dementia supporters on staff every day to support the lives of everyone in the community.

They are "supporters" who understand dementia correctly, have no prejudice, and watch over people with dementia and their families with warm eyes.

It refers to a person who understands dementia, thinks about what they can do on their own, and casually provides appropriate support to the extent possible.

The Sundrug Group's dementia supporters will contribute to the development of communities where people with dementia and their families can live with peace of mind.
