Yellow paprika 30g

Deep-frying oil・・・Appropriate amount
Salad oil (for frying) 1 tbsp
Chili oil・・・1/2 teaspoon

Mizkan Ajipon ... 2 tablespoons
Grated garlic・・・1/2 teaspoon
Sugar ... 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil ... 2 teaspoons
[How to make]
1. Fry chicken gizzards and peppers in oil at 180°C. Cut the paprika into small chunks, cut the chives into 3cm lengths, and cut the garlic into thick slices.
2. In a bowl, mix "Ajipon", grated garlic, sugar and sesame oil.
3. Put salad oil and chili oil in a frying pan and fry garlic over low heat. When it turns golden brown, turn the heat up to high and stir in the paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the chicken gizzards, shiso peppers, and chives from Step 1. Add 2 all at once. Quickly place in a stir-fryer, sprinkle with finely chopped all-purpose green onions, and it's done!
