Canned mackerel with egg

<Materials for 2 people>

Canned boiled mackerel...100g

Onion...1/4 piece (50g)

Eggs (M size)...2 pieces (100g)

A Water...4 tablespoons (60g)

A Soy sauce...1 and 1/3 teaspoon (8g)

A mirin...1 and 1/3 teaspoon (8g)

Small onion (cut into small pieces)...appropriate amount (2g)

<How to make>

1. Slice the onion thinly.

2. Put the onions, loosened mackerel, and A in a pot, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Once the onions are soft, add the beaten egg.

4. Once the eggs have reached your desired consistency, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with green onions, and serve.
