[How to make]
❶Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, pour sake over it, and let it sit for about 10 minutes (outside hours). Cut the komatsuna into 3cm lengths and shred the carrots. Thinly slice the onion and slice the green onion diagonally.
❷ Sprinkle potato starch on the chicken from ❶.
❸Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken from ❷ and fry for about 6 minutes until both sides are browned, then place on a plate.
❹Put A in the same frying pan and heat it. When it boils, add komatsuna, carrots, onions, and green onions from ❶.

[How to make]
❶ Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion, celery, and garlic, and roughly chop the potatoes and carrots. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms and loosen them.
❷ Heat the olive oil and the garlic from ❶ in a pan, then add the chicken from ❶ and stir-fry. When the meat is cooked, add the onions, potatoes, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, and celery from ❶ and fry quickly.
❸ Add A, cover, and simmer over low to medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring the bottom of the pot halfway through.

❸Put a certain amount of water in a pot, heat it up, and when it boils, add the vermicelli. When the vermicelli has loosened, add A, then add the meatballs from ❷ and simmer. Add the Chinese cabbage, carrots and bean sprouts from ❶ and simmer for another 5 minutes.

❶ Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Remove the spines from the shrimp, wash with water, and wipe off the moisture. Peel the skin of the squid, make grid-shaped cuts, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
❷ Cut Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and cut carrots into strips about 1mm thick. Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
❸Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the pork, shrimp, and squid from ❶ and stir-fry them.
❹Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same frying pan, add Chinese cabbage, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms from ❷ and stir-fry them. A. Add quail eggs and bring to a boil. Stir in the water-soluble potato starch from B to thicken.

[How to make]
❶Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and drain well. Cut the tomatoes and potatoes into 1 cm squares, and roughly chop the onions and lotus roots. Grate the carrots and shred the maitake mushrooms by hand.
❷In a bowl, put minced meat, tofu, onions, potatoes, lotus root, carrots, and A from ❶.
❸Place half of ❷ in a heat-resistant plate for serving, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave (600w) for 10 minutes. Microwave the rest in the same way.
❹Put ❶ tomatoes, maitake mushrooms, and Marudori Gara Soup™ in a pot and heat for about 5 minutes to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce from ❹ onto the hamburgers from ❺❸ and sprinkle with parsley.
*Be careful when taking out the bowl as it will be hot after heating in the microwave.
