"Five element theory" that divides the function of the body into five
A way of thinking that tries to explain all things in the natural world by five types (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water). Human beings are also considered a part of the natural world, so the functions of the body are also roughly classified into these five.
<Five Elements and Five Organs>
It is said that a person can maintain good health when these five organs work in a well-balanced manner. If any one of them has a problem, the part that belongs to it will be out of order, and people will be more likely to get sick.
Furthermore, each of the five organs has a “color” and a “taste” that belong to it.
It is said that you can reduce the disorder by taking the "color" ingredients of the five organs that are suffering from the disorder.
Since disorders of the five organs are more likely to appear on the skin, it is possible to see the disorders of the five organs by looking at the color of the skin. (It may not be possible to judge by this alone)
By using these ideas
・Where is trouble likely to occur (occurring)?
Example) Irritated by stress ⇒ "Liver" trouble is likely to occur
・What kind of foods do you like or need?
Ex.) I have kidney trouble, so I eat black soybeans to take care of my kidneys.
will be understood.
The body's constituent element "ki blood water"
"Kiketsusui" is considered to be a component of the body that is necessary to maintain life activities.
As with the five internal organs, it is important for these to work in a well-balanced manner, and if even one of them is lacking or accumulated, people are more likely to get sick.
Since Ki-Ketsu-sui is mainly made from food, it can become deficient or stagnate if you drastically reduce your diet or overeat due to dieting.
Furthermore, it is the five organs that control these. The balance collapses when the work of the five organs is reduced.
It's important to take care of both, not just the five viscera, not just the qi blood water.
