A female hormone that has various effects on the mind and body

Women go through different mental and physical changes from men, depending on the state of female hormones such as puberty, maturity, menopause, and old age, as well as life stages.

What are female hormones? ?

There are more than 100 types of hormones in the first place, and they are substances that are produced in the body and regulate various functions to maintain the health of the body.
Female hormones, which are one of them, are not only very important for health, pregnancy and childbirth, but also affect the appearance of femininity and mental health.

The two main types are estrogen (follicular hormone) and progesterone (progesterone) secreted by the ovaries.

Menstruation is also controlled by the action of female hormones.

Female hormones are secreted on command from the brain
The ovaries are the main producers of estrogen (ovarian hormone) and progesterone (progesterone).
It is the brain that gives the command to the ovaries, "Don't secrete!"
The brain constantly checks the amount of hormones secreted from the ovaries, and if it decreases, it will increase, and if it increases, it will decrease.
However, the hypothalamus, the command center, is easily affected by stress, and if its function weakens, it will affect the balance of female hormones.

Hormones are present in the blood in very small amounts. Because it works in such a small amount, even the slightest imbalance can lead to all sorts of ailments.
In particular, changes in estrogen have a large impact and can cause irregular menstruation, uterine disease, and menopausal disorders.

Does body fat matter? !
Estrogen is secreted not only by the ovaries but also by fat cells.
Too much or too little body fat can cause hormonal imbalance.

A BMI of 18.5 or more and less than 25 is ideal.

The amount of hormones secreted changes not only due to temporary changes such as stress, but also with age.
