Peperoncino-style squid and asparagus

[Ingredients (for 2 people)]

Squid・・・60g

Asparagus 50g

Celery 40g

Garlic・・・6g

Red pepper...0.5g

Cooking sake 1 tbsp

Salt, pepper...a little

Olive oil 1 tablespoon

[How to make]

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and chilli.

2. When the aroma comes out, add the squid, asparagus, celery and cooking wine and stir-fry quickly.

3. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
